Joeli has been passionate about the hair industry for 10 years. She spent many years honing in on her craft by shadowing fellow stylists in Austin, Texas that she strived to emulate. As a seasoned stylist, her main vision in launching Salt + Light Salon is to provide like minded stylists with a safe space to create their best work.

Her specialities behind the chair include customized blonde looks such as babylights, bold platinum tones, lived in traditional balayage, and hand tied extensions.

In addition to these services, she is well versed in precision haircuts both long and short, and takes pride in enhancing fine hair to its upmost potential. In her spare time she can be found spending time with her family outdoors, doing photography and staying active.

Her future plans for Salt + Light Salon are to assist her amazing team in building full, rich relationships with their clientele, and watching them thrive for many years to come.

Known for her expertise in blondes and extensions, Jennifer brings a touch of artistry to every transformation - and loves creating rich, dimensional brunettes just as much.

She feels truly at home in the S+L family, where the atmosphere is supportive, joyful, and full of good energy.

When she’s not in the salon, she’s spending time with her kids at livestock shows or enjoying dinner with her college student. Family time is truly her greatest joy!

Arianna joined our team and was an instant fit. She loves working with blonde and brunettes alike, and pays close attention to detail ensuring your hair is soft and blended.

She enjoys photography and reading in her free time, and looks forward to giving each of her clients a great experience in the year to come!

Kristin is a Georgetown native stylist with over 10 years experience. She is highly knowledgeable in all things blending, vivid, hair health and has a knack for finishing/blow outs and updos
